We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with Vastrya. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered – unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is found used, damaged, altered, or returned in poor condition.
2. Return Shipping Fee
- If the product is in good condition (no defects or damage), a return shipping fee of ₹105 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If the product is defective or damaged, the return will be free of cost, provided:
- You record a full unboxing video clearly showing the defect.
- You upload proper images and submit a return request through Vastrya Platform → My Account → Orders → Return
3. Return Pick-Up Attempts
- Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice.
- If the courier partner is unable to collect the product in both attempts, you will be required to self-ship the item to our company address.
- Reverse pick-up availability depends on serviceability of your PIN code.
4. Care of Products While in Customer’s Possession
- Products must be handled with utmost care.
- All items must be returned with original tags, packaging, documentation, and any included accessories.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.
5. Refund Method
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the refund status.
- Eligible refunds will be issued as Vastrya Wallet Credit, equal to the amount paid for the product, which is located in your wallet on the My Account page.
- Wallet credit can be used anytime for future purchases on the Vastrya store.
6. Refund Processing Time
- After inspection of the returned product, we aim to process approved refunds within 30 working days from the date you receive the refund eligibility email.
